“Sometimes it’s interesting to image a sound (a song, a track) as a space, instead of thinking of figures >in space, like a pool of water, it moves infinitely, responding to each input, each interference, each disruption and addition, forever.
_ like a pool of water, change is constant, but the pool does not need travel.
_ like a pool of water, sound can fill itself up, like a vessel with volume, and swirl around, collapsing in on itself.   The pool takes no figure anywhere except into itself, the pool wraps around the subject, like a raindrop triggering ripples on the surface.
